実験手順

To a solution of tert-butyl[5-(4-bromophenyl)-5H-imidazo[2,1-a]isoindol-5-yl]acetate (3.22 g) in CH2Cl2 (10 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (10 mL). The reaction mixture was concentrated after stirring at room temperature for 6 h. The viscous material was dissolved in MeCN-water and lyophilized to a sticky solid. This material when dissolved and concentrated from toluene (3×) afforded the title compound as a white solid. Mass. found (M+H)+, 371.0.
