実験手順

A solution of tert-butyl (2S)-2-{(3S)-3-[[(6-chloro-2-naphthyl)sulfonyl](1,3-thiazol-2-ylmethyl)amino]-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl}propanoate (0.03 g) in DCM (1 ml) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1 ml) and stirred at room temperature for 1 h. The solution was then concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound (0.019 g) as a colourless solid.
