実験手順

The same operation as in Example (22b) was performed using cis(±)-N-(1-carbamothioyl-3-methoxypiperidin-4-yl)-4-chloro-5-ethyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxamide obtained by the method described in Example (65c) (78.5 mg, 0.23 mmol) and butyl 3-bromo-2-oxopentanoate obtained in Example (110a) (95 mg, 0.38 mmol), to obtain 87.8 mg of the title compound (78%).
