実験手順

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using ethyl cis(±)-2-(4-amino-3-methoxypiperidin-1-yl)-5-methyl-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxylate obtained in Example (40e) (44.9 mg, 0.15 mmol), 5-ethyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained by the method described in Example (39e) (29 mg, 0.14 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (80 mg, 0.42 mmol) and HOBT (20 mg, 0.15 mmol), to obtain 29.2 mg of the title compound as a colorless oily substance (43%).
