実験手順

The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Step 14.1 but using 8-(2-chloro-6-fluoro-3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-quinoxaline-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (Step 144.1), 2-[(6-amino-pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-methyl-amino]-N,N-dimethyl-acetamide (Step 119.1), stirring the reaction mixture for 72 h at rt. The title compound: ESI-MS: 583.0 [M+H]+; tR=4.02 min (System 1); TLC: Rf=0.36 (DCM/MeOH, 9:1).
