実験手順

{4-[3-Isobutoxy-5-(4-methanesulfonyl-phenylethynyl)-benzylsulfanyl]-2-methylphenoxy}-acetic acid ethyl ester (130 mg; 0.27 mmol) was dissolved in ethanol (15 mL), and aqueous 1 N sodium hydroxide (3 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred for 16 h. acidified with 1 N aqueous hydrochloric acid and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic phase was dried and evaporated to dryness, redissolved in dichloromethane and evaporated to dryness. Yield: 230 mg (%). HPLC-MS: m/z: 539.5 (M+H)+; Rt: 2.49 min.
