実験手順

To a solution of dimethyl 2-(4-(2-aminoethoxy)benzyl)-3-(cis-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)maleate 12 mg, 0.03 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (0.5 ml) was added 1 M NaOH (0.06 ml, 0.06 mmol) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 24 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue was dried in vacuo to give the title compound as a colorless solid (12 mg, quantitative).
