実験手順

To a solution of 17.90 g (27.41 mmol) diethyl 2-(4-amino-3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-2-{2-oxo-2-[4-(2-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-3-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]-ethyl}-malonate (Intermediate product 67) in 1200 mL EtOH was added 5.48 g (137.00 mmol) NaOH in 500 mL water and the mixture was refluxed for 4 hours. EtOH was evaporated off i. vac. and the aqueous phase was acidified to pH 2 with conc. aqueous HCl. The precipitate formed was filtered off, washed with water and dried i. vac.
