In an analogous manner to Example 24, 1-{1-(3-fluoro-4-{[4-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)-2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-ylethyl]cyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from 1-[1-(3-fluoro-4-{[4-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)-2-piperazin-1-ylethyl]cyclohexanol dihydrochloride (See Example 415). MS (ESI) m/z 495; HRMS: calcd for C27H34F4N2O2+H+, 495.26292; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 495.2659.
