実験手順

1.0 g of 6-(4-(2-(4-chlorobenzenesulphonylamino)ethyl)phenyl)-6-(3-pyridyl)hex-5-enoic acid are dissolved in 15 ml of tetrahydrofuran and stirred for 15 minutes with 0.49 g of carbonyldiimidazole. Then 1 ml of diethylamine is added and the mixture is refluxed for 2 hours. It is then concentrated by evaporation and the residue is taken up in ethyl acetate and dried. Finally, it is chromatographed over a silica gel column using ethyl acetate as eluant.
