実験手順

Prepared as described in Ex. 1, starting from 1.27 g ( 4.09 mmol) of crude 3-methyl-7-methoxy-2-phenylquinoline-4-carbonylchloride, 0.55 g (4.09 mmol) of (S)-(−)-a-ethylbenzylamine and 1.71 ml (12.27 mmol) of TEA in 24 ml of dry CH2Cl2 and 1 ml of DMF to help solubility. The reaction mixture was stirred 12 hours at room temperture.
