実験手順

Lithium hydroxide monohydrate (0.087 g, 2.08 mmol) was added to a solution of ethyl 7-(4-(2-(1-acetylindolin-5-yl)ethyl)piperazin-1-yl)benzofuran-2-carboxylate (0.481 g, 1.04 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (9 mL) and water (1 mL) and the reaction was heated at 100° C. for 35 min in a microwave oven. The solvents were evaporated and the material was dried in vacuum over P2O5 to give 0.454 g of the crude product. The crude material was used in the next step assuming quantitative yield without further purification. MS (ES+) m/z 434.2 (M+H)+.
