The entitled compound was obtained as a colorless solid in the same method as in Example 197 or in accordance with the method or by combining it with an ordinary method but using 4-(2-fluoro-phenoxy)-5-(6-methanesulfonyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-benzene-1,2-diamine obtained in Example 200 and pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid.
