The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 7D, substituting the product of Example 41A for the product of Example 7C and substituting 2-methoxy-pyrimidine-5-boronic acid for 4-cyanophenylboronic acid. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 8.76 (s, 2H) 7.66 (d, J=8.54 Hz, 2H) 7.53 (dd, J=11.75, 8.70 Hz, 4H) 6.67 (d, J=8.85 Hz, 2H) 4.13-4.22 (m, 1H) 4.07 (s, 3H) 3.53-3.61 (m, 1H) 3.26-3.35 (m, 1H) 2.91-3.03 (m, 1H) 2.71-2.77 (m, 1H) 2.48-2.67 (m, 3H) 2.33 (s, 3H) 2.13-2.25 (m, 1H) 1.90-2.01(m, 1H). MS, (M+H)+=387.
