実験手順

The allyl ether 21 (182 mg, 0.26 mmol) was dissolved in a mixture of 7 mL ethanol and 1 mL acetone and 18 mg Wilkinson catalyst (19 μmol) was added. The mixture was stirred in a hydrogen atmosphere for 3 days, before the solvents were removed under reduced pressure. The residue was chromatographed by preparative HPLC (95% MeOH, 40 mL/min, tRet=35.00 min) to give 26 as a colorless solid(108 mg, 0.16 mmol; 59.2% yield).
