実験手順

A mixture of 0.5 g 2,7-Diamino-6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine from Example 1 and 15 mL of n-butyl isocyanate is refluxed for 2 hours. The reaction mixture is allowed to cool to room temperature and the insoluble material filtered. The solid is recrystallized several times from ethanol to give the title compound; mp 200°-202° C.
