The title compound is prepared from 2-cloro-1,3-dimethyl-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-benzene and 3-bromo-6-ethyl-pyridazine following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 1 of Intermediate 56. LC (method 11): tR=1.00 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=247/249 (Cl) [M+H]+.
