実験手順

1 N NaOH/Methanol (1 ml) was added to a stirring solution of acetic acid 2-(2-{2-[2-(2,2-dimethoxy-ethoxy)-ethoxy]-ethoxy}-ethoxy)-ethyl ester (Compound 4) (110 mg, 0.34 mmol) in methanol (3 ml) at ambient temperature. The reaction was monitored by TLC (CHCl3/MeOH, 9:1) and was completed within 30 minutes. The solvent was evaporated and the residue purified by flash chromatography (CHCl3/MeOH, 9:1) to afford the product (73 mg, 76%) as a colourless oil.
