実験手順

A mixture of 75 mg (0.26 mmol) of 3-naphthalen-1-ylmethyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-thione and 70 mg (0.39 mmol) of methyl 4-bromobutyrate and 72 mg (0.52 mmol) of potassium carbonate in 3 mL of 50% acetone in dichloromethane is stirred at room temperature for 18 h. The mixture is concentrated in vacuo and the residue is purified by flash chromatography on silica gel eluting with 50˜75% ethyl acetate in hexanes to give the desired compound.
