実験手順

4-Acetylamino-N-{2-[4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)piperidino]ethyl}-N-(3-methoxyphenyl)benzamide (282.4 mg, 0.55 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (1.5 ml) and mixed with a methanol solution (3.0 ml) of fumaric acid (63.8 mg, 0.55 mmol) at 0° C. Thereafter, the thus precipitated crystals were collected by filtration and washed with ether to obtain 278.3 mg (80.0%) of the title compound in a colorless powder form.
