実験手順

3.0 g (7.5 mmol) of ethyl 3-[4-cyano-(2R)-2-(1-t-butoxycarbonylpyrrolidine-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl]acrylate was dissolved in 20 ml of ethanol. 600 mg of 10% palladium/carbon (50% aqueous) was added to the obtained solution, and they were stirred in the presence of hydrogen overnight. The reaction solution was filtered through Celite, and the solvent was evaporated. The obtained crude product was dissolved in 10 ml of 4 N solution of hydrogen chloride in dioxane, and the obtained solution was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The solvent was evaporated to obtain hydrochloride of the title compound.
