実験手順

To a stirred solution of 14.4 (0.048 g, 0.10 mmol) in THF (2.00 mL, 0.10 mmol) and EtOH (2.00 mL, 0.10 mmol) at 23° C. was added a 1 M solution of sodium hydroxide (1 mL, 1 mmol). Stirring was continued for 15 hours. The resulting reaction was concentrated in vacuo. 1N HCl was added to bring the pH to 1, and the resulting mixture was extracted with EtOAc, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated. The crude product was purified by silica gel flash chromatography (0-20% EtOAc/hexane) to afford compound 14 (30 mg, 64% yield) as a colorless oil. MS ESI (neg.) m/e: 489.2 (M−H)+.
