87 was prepared from 2-(4-bromo-thiophen-2-yl)-tetrahydro-furan-3-carbonitrile 86 and 4-amino-2-bromo-thieno[3,2-c]pyridine-7-carboxylic acid amide 17 in a similar manner to that described in Example 18. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.48 (s, 1H), 7.90 (bs, 1H), 7.89 (s, 1H), 7.77 (s, 1H), 7.46 (s, 1H), 7.26 (bs, 1H), 7.12 (s, 2H), 5.30 (d, J=7.49 Hz, 1H), 4.09 (m, 1H), 3.99 (m, 1H), 3.44 (m, 1H), 2.49 (m, 1H), 2.33 (m, 1H). MS (EI) m/z (M+H+) 371.
