実験手順

To thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride (11 μL, 0.09 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL) was added dropwise a solution of 3-(3-aminophenyl)-4-bromo-1-methylpyrazole (25 mg. 0.09 mmol) and triethylamine (14 μL, 0.09 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (0.5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 16 h and concentrated. Chromatography on flash silica (50% EtOAc/hexane) gave the title compound as a colourless solid (24 mg, 68%), m.p. 127.8-128.6° C. (EtOAc/hexane).
