実験手順

The RA-NAH (10 mg) obtained in the above was dissolved in 0.5 ml of 0.1 M sodium carbonate aqueous solution, subsequently adding 3 mg of sulfo-NHS-LC-biotin (mfd, by Pierce Chemical Company) thereto followed by overnight incubation at 4° C. After overnight dialysis against distilled water thereafter, the dialyzed liquid was lyophilized to obtain the polysaccharide of the present invention in which biotin is bound to the reducing end of NAH (to be referred to as “NAH-biotin” hereinafter) (8 mg).
