実験手順

To a stirred solution of trans-2-(benzylamino)-3,3-difluorocyclopentyl acetate (100 mg, 0.37 mmol) in CH3OH (2 mL), K2CO3(52 mg, 0.37 mmol) was added at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was dissolved in CH2Cl2, washed with brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to afford trans-2-(benzylamino)-3,3-difluorocyclopentanol. MS ESI calc'd. for C12H15F2NO [M+H]+ 228. found 228.
