実験手順

A mixture of 3-amino-6-(4-isopropylsulfonylphenyl)pyrazine-2-carbohydrazide (100 mg, 0.2982 mmol), acetyl isothiocyanate (30.16 mg, 26.20 μL, 0.2982 mmol) and dry DCE (2.000 mL) were stirred at ambient temperature for 2 h and then concentrated in vacuo. Used directly in the next step without further purification; MS (ES+) 437.20
