A mixture of 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-thiazol-2-ylamine (420 mg, 1.87 mmol) and 2-bromoethyl methyl ether (600 μL, 6.40 mmol) was processed according to the method of Example 12A to provide the title compound: MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 283 (M+H)+.
