実験手順

In a 25 mL round-bottomed flask was placed 4,6-di(8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ol (27), 12 mg, 0.038 mmol) in POCl3 (3 ml) to give a yellow solution. The mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 4 h. The mixture was cool to room temperature, poured on ice, and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic phase was dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated to give the title compound as a white crystalline solid (12 mg, 93%).
