実験手順

The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 8.1 using 5-bromo-6-chloro-N-(4-(2-chloro-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)phenyl)nicotinamide (Stage 31.2) and (R)-pyrrolidin-3-ol to afford a white powder. HPLC (Condition 4) tR=6.05 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.18 min, m/z=498 [M+H]+.
