実験手順

A solution of 4-Cyano-2-{5-[4-(6-{2-[5-(2-methoxycarbonylamino-3-methyl-butyryl)-5-aza-spiro[2.4]hept-6-yl]-3H-imidazol-4-yl}-naphthalen-2-yl)-phenyl]-1H-imidazol-2-yl}-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (1.000 g, 1.28 mmol) in DCM (16 mL) was treated with HCl (4.0 M in dioxane, 3.2 mL, 12.8 mmol). After 2.5 h, the solid was filtered off and rinsed with EtOAc to provide the title compound (1.004 g, 99%).
