実験手順

A mixture of 2-{(3-[3-(benzyloxy)-4-(2-methyl-1,3-oxazol-5-yl)phenyl]-8-(3,4-difluorophenoxy)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-8-yl}propan-2-ol (100 mg) and 5% palladium-carbon (100 mg) in methanol (1.5 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 45 min under a hydrogen atmosphere. The mixture was filtered through celite, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (58.1 mg).
