実験手順

2-(2-Bromo-ethylsulfanyl)-thiophene (275 mg, 1.21 mmol, 1.0 eq) is added at room temperature to a stirred solution of trans-4-amino-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid methyl ester (200 mg, 1.21 mmol, 1.0 eq) in acetonitrile (6 mL). After 15 hours stirring at 100° C., the reaction mixture is evaporated to afford trans-4-[2-(thiophen-2-ylsulfanyl)-ethylamino]-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid methyl ester as an off-white oil (261 mg, 68% yield).
