実験手順

To a solution of ethyl 4-[1-(2-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]-benzoate (Example 17) (200 mg, 0.43 mmol) in 3 mL of methanol was added 0.07 mL of 50% NaOH soln (1.30 mmol) and the mixture heated at 50° C. for 8 hrs. The mixture was diluted with 50 mL of EtOAc and washed with 50 mL of 1N HCL and 50 mL of brine. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated to give 185 mg (93%) of a white solid.
