62 was prepared from 4-amino-2-bromo-thieno[3,2-c]pyridine-7-carboxylic acid amide 17 and 3-(5-bromo-2-methyl-thiophen-3-yl)-propionitrile 61 as a white solid in a similar manner to the procedure described in Example 14. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 2.40 (s, 3H), 2.81 (s, 4H), 7.15 (s, 2H), 7.23 (s, 1H), 7.24 (br s, 1H), 7.70 (s, 1H), 7.80 (br s, 1H), 8.46 (s, 1H). MS (EI) m/z (M+H+) 343.
