実験手順

Reaction of acid (117) prepared as described in example 230 with oxalyl chloride followed by 4-amino-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl)piperidine using the procedure described in example 207 gave the amide (124) (72%) as a yellow powder, mp 155–160° C. (dec). 1H NMR δ [(CD3)2SO] 11.12 (br, 1H), 8.51 (d, J=2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (s, 1H), 7.67 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.59–7.44 (m, 6H), 7.31 (dd, J=9.0, 2.6 Hz, 1H), 4.71 (m, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 3.82 (m, 1H), 2.52 (t, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 1.26 (m, 1H), 1.10 (m, 1H), 1.03 (s, 3H), 1.02 (s, 3H), 0.91 (s, 3H), 0.96 (s, 3H), 0.64 (t, J=12.3 Hz, 1H), 0.53 (t, J=12.3 Hz, 1H). Found: C, 64.37; H, 5.97; N, 9.20. C33H35ClN4O4.1.5H2O requires C, 64.54; H, 6.24; N, 9.12.
