実験手順

Following a procedure similar to that described in Example 6, but using 368 mg of the crude 1,1-dimethyl-4-mercaptopiperidinium salt prepared as described in Example 7-(1) and, 363 mg of 4-nitrobenzyl (5R, 6S)-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-2-oxo-1-carbapenam-3-carboxylate, 24 mg of the title compound were obtained.
