Following the procedure of Example 9(e) 3-(4-cyano phenoxy)-5-hydroxy benzoic acid 1.6 g (6.3 mmol) and (2-piperidin-4-yl-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (1.43 g, 6.27 mmol) were used to afford 2.0 g of the required product. Percentage purity (LCMS): 79.6%, (M+1)=465.2+1.
