実験手順

A mixture of Example 2 (10 mg, 0.027 mmol) and sodium methanesulfinate (120 mg, 85%, 1.0 mmol) in DMSO was heated at 105° C. for 1 hr. The mixture was concentrated and purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 5% methanol in ethyl acetate to provide the title compound (5.5 mg, 45%) as a white solid. MS: (M+H)+=449.3
