Mode opératoire

A solution of tert-butyl 5-(7-methoxy-6-(2-methoxyethoxy)-2-(3-(nicotinamido)phenyl)quinazolin-4-ylamino)-1H-indazole-1-carboxylate in CH2Cl2 (15 mL) and TFA (2.2 mL) was stirred at RT for 1 h. The volatiles were removed in vacuo and the residue was washed with Et2O to give N-(3-(4-(1H-indazol-5-ylamino)-7-methoxy-6-(2-methoxyethoxy)quinazolin-2-yl)phenyl)nicotinamide trifluroacetate salt (0.086 g, 0.127 mmol, 71% over two steps). MS 562.4 (M+1). HPLC retention time 4.92 mins.
