Mode opératoire

The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-31 by using methyl 4-(3-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-27, 0.100 g, 0.268 mmol), 3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline (0.040 g, 0.403 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (0.5 mL) and dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.030 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 2.33 (s, 3H), 3.95 (s, 3H), 7.41-7.59 (m, 4H), 7.68 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.75 (d, 1H), 7.77-7.82 (m, 2H), 7.95 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H), 10.36 (s, 1H), 12.53 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 503.17 (M+).
