Mode opératoire

The 1.3-dinitroglycerol ester of prostaglandin F2β was prepared by the same procedure from the corresponding ester of prostaglandin E2 : a viscous, colorless oil, Rf 0.16 (benzene- dioxane-acetic acid, 20:10:1), mass spectrum (FAB) m/z 517 (M+H), 501 (M+H-H2O).
