Mode opératoire

General Procedure F. To a solution of ethyl1-benzyl-3-(3,4-difluorobenzylcarbamoyl)-2-isopropyl-1H-indole-6-carboxylate (Compound 43, 609 mg, 1.24 mmol) in EtOH (15 ml) was added NaOH (248 mg, 6.21 mmol) and H2O (1 ml). The reaction was stirred at 50° C. for 12 h, concentrated in vacuo to an oil then acidified to PH=5 with 10% HCl, diluted with EtOAc, washed organic with H2O, brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo to yield the title compound as a yellow solid.
