The title compound was prepared from 1,3-dibromopropane and 4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 29) following the procedure outlined in Example 25. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.53 (s, 1H), 8.81 (s, 2H), 7.96 (d, 1H), 7.22 (d, 1H), 4.65 (s, 1H), 4.11 (t, 2H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.77 (t, 2H), 2.18 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 472.7.
