Intermediate 164 from above was coupled with tyramine following procedure F. The product was deprotected by procedure G2. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 418. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, MeOD-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.31 ppm) δ 8.3 (d, 1H) 8.0 (d, 1H) 7.7 (d, 1H) 7.5 (d, 1H), 7.3 (t, 1H), 7.0 (d, 2H) 6.6 (d, 2H), 3.9 (t, 2H) 3.8-3.7 (m, 3H) 3.6-3.4 (m, 6H) 2.8 (t, 2H), 2.5 (s, 3H), 1.7 (d, 3H).
