Intermediate 108 was coupled with tyramine following procedure F. The resulting product was deprotected following procedure G2. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 404. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.3 ppm) δ 8.26 (d, 1H), 7.93 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, 1H), 7.36 (m, 2H), 6.99 (d, 2H), 6.92 (d, 1H), 6.63 (d, 2H), 5.26 (t, 1H), 4.05 (d, 1H), 3.70 (d, 2H), 3.28 (d, 1H), 2.75 (m, 4H), 2.37 (s, 1H), 1.63 (m, 2H), 1.39 (m, 3H), 1.20 (m, 4H).
