Mode opératoire

The product of Example 3 (21 mg) was combined with 2.8 mL of 1,4-dioxane and 1 mL 1M aqueous HCl. After 15 hours at room temperature the reaction was diluted with EtOAc and washed with water followed by saturated aqueous NaHCO3 solution before drying (Na2SO4). The concentrated residue was purified by preparative TLC (silica gel) eluted with EtOAc affording the title compound. HPLC/MS: 430.0 (M+1), 432.0 (M+3); Rt=3.77 min.
