Mode opératoire

Human MCF-7 breast carcinoma cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 medium containing 100 units/mL penicillin G sodium, 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, and 25 μg/mL gentamicin. The medium was supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum and 2 mM glutamine. Additional buffering was provided with 10 mM HEPES and 0.075% sodium bicarbonate. The tumor cells were cultured in tissue culture flasks in a humidified incubator at 37° C. in an atmosphere of 95% air and 5% CO2.
