In a process analogous to Example 7, using (±)-[2-[[2,6-bis(1-methylethyl)phenyl]amino]-2-oxoethyl]phenyl phosphinic acid in place of (±)-[2-[[2,6-bis(1-methylethyl)phenyl]amino]-2-oxoethyl]phosphonic acid, ethyl ester and 1-dodecanol in place of 1-nonanol, the title compound is obtained as a sticky white solid; mp 66°-68° C.
