Intermediate 113 was coupled with tyramine following procedure F. The resulting product was deprotected following procedure G2. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 447. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.3 ppm) δ 8.65 (s, 1H), 8.36 (d, 1H), 8.32 (s, 1H), 7.95 (d, 1H), 7.71 (t, 1H), 7.65 (d, 1H), 7.11 (d, 1H), 6.68 (s, 1H), 4.70 (d, 1H), 4.57 (d, 1H), 3.96 (m, 2H), 3.81 (m, 2H), 3.58 (m, 4H), 3.40 (t, 1H), 2.92 (t, 2H), 1.75 (m, 1H), 1.62 (t, 2H), 1.00 (d, 3H), 0.98 (d, 3H).
